If you want to try yoga but are unsure which style is best for you then book a one to one yoga session at Union Holistic and Jill will guide you through the sometimes confusing types of yoga practice.

Ashtanga yoga is a sequence of dynamic yoga postures which build strength and balance in the body. Each movement is coordinated with the breath, stilling the mind and encouraging concentration. Ashtanga can be used to improve fitness and muscle tone or as a pathway to a more spiritual practice such as meditation.

£6 - 60 min session
 

Vinyasa Flow style of yoga uses a wide range of yoga postures which fit together smoothly to create a flowing practice. Continuous movement is coordinated with the breath and the result is an energising yoga class that is adaptable to your level of experience and energy level on the day.
