Ashtanga yoga is a sequence of dynamic yoga postures which build strength and balance in the body. Each movement is coordinated with the breath, stilling the mind and encouraging concentration. Ashtanga can be used to improve fitness and muscle tone or as a pathway to a more spiritual practice such as meditation.

Vinyasa Flow style of yoga uses a wide range of yoga postures which fit together smoothly to create a flowing practice. Continuous movement is coordinated with the breath and the result is an energising yoga class that is adaptable to your level of experience and energy level on the day.

Yin Yoga offers an opportunity to significantly improve flexibility while relaxing deeply. The seated and lying postures are held for longer than in other forms of yoga allowing muscles and connective tissue time to stretch. It is an effective way to relieve pain and tension and to switch of a chattering mind.
